Principle Designer Zina Sheya has made a name for herself over the years transforming spaces into warm elegant havens for her clients.
Zina has been in the design field for 23 years working on a wide variety of projects, some include completing a 10,000 square foot 4 million dollar spec. house from top to bottom for the Street of Dreams home tour in 2004, a Mexico vacation house, Montana log homes, a 9,000 square foot Tuscan villa, turn key projects, and a country wine shop. The largest of her projects include a 30,000 square foot private residence and the smallest a family room makeover. Zina has completed projects in Scottsdale, Sedona, Montana, Idaho, Mexico, Las Vegas, Colorado and California.
Zina prides herself on her belief that everyone should have a “designer home” one that makes you feel comfortable in the space .
Because of this belief and great her great passion for design Zina continues to work on all sizes of projects. “Even clients on a budget can enjoy design." “I enjoy the happiness I see on each of my clients faces when they re- enter a completed space.
Zina’s experience, knowledge and passion gives her the uncanny ability to walk into an empty or cluttered space and find its sole, bringing each space to life reflecting the lifestyle and personalities of the homeowners.
The finished space must represent the client, it is very important to really listen to the way each client lives and uses the space.
Zina is a master in listening to and working with clients from every walk of life, this is how I create magic.. “If you do not truly understand your client and their goals you cannot create a space that is unique to them, the space needs to fit their lifestyle”

For a flat fee Zina will put together your “Design Recipe Box” which includes a complete outline, furniture placement layout, photo suggestions, fabrics suggestions,color suggestions, shopping list and tips delivered right to your door in a pretty box.
Open the “Design Recipe Box “ and you are ready to go. Finish your room at your own pace, your own budget, select your own pieces, do your own shopping. How easy is that.
This has a great avenue for those who live out of state our who want to give a Perfect gife to anyone!
